1.when will my item get posted/delivered?
Items will be posted within 3 days of payment
providing they are in stock. All items are sent 1st class recorded delivery, so should arrive within 5 working days of payment, although this depends on royal mail and we cannot be held responsible for delayed items once posted. Allowances should also be made for orders placed at busy times of the year such as Christmas and New Year. For clothing items that are custom made please allow at least 14 days for delivery as these items are individually handmade from scratch to buyer specification
2.Can I pay any other way except for paypal?
Paypal is one of the safest and easiest methods of paying on the internet and you do
not even need an account, but we will accept postal orders or cheques, made payable to
dressed to the nines. If you email me at info@dressedtotheninesclothing.com with the
product code, amount, size etc and your address, i will reserve your item until payment
is received and cleared. Items will then be sent out as usual.
3. Can i return my item?
We hand pick and check every item before it is sent out but mistakes sometimes happen. If the item you received is damaged or not what you wanted you may return it. You must
contact us then all items must be returned with a receipt, and be in the same condition as
which they were sent within 10 days of receiving them. If another size is wanted, you must detail what size you need with
return as well as supplying your name and address. We do not give refunds, but credit notes
to spend in store for the same value. With handmade clothing we cannot offer size exchanges as each item is made to order, so please measure yourself carefully to ensure correct fit.
4. do you post abroad?
Yes we will, although we cannot accept any other payment method except for paypal. The
postage will remain the same regardless of where you buy from, so order as usual!
5. what are your postage costs?
for items £10 and under it is £1,
over £10 and up to £30 is £2.50 and anything over £30 is £3.50,
you will not be charged for the number of items but the value of them, regardless of
how many items you buy or how much you spend postage will never exceed £3.50!
